I had claimed the issue under warranty at 3S dealership. They were not able to fix it even after opening up the Fender, and whole dashboard.Then they called Technician from plant. who was not even able to fix it.
I had pushed them to limits. Finally they drove my car back to plant. What was found was a broken weld spot in chassis where it cabin!!!!. Kept car for five days.
That is a long story of emails and phone calls and i told them that if this problem arise again, they have to replace the car , else I will go to consumer court. That was enough of message.
Car turned out fine later. Putting cards will not do, just put your foot down on tail of dealership. I can share emails to support your case. You can go to report and escalate it to nth level. Tahts the language they understand.
