A few years back i sent my honda city to the dealership for the regular maintainence, when i got the car back there was a scratch on the dashboard the dark brown panel near the stereo, and i was charged for its repair( when i say repair i mean a little touchup so its not too visible).
This is just my experience, i was once told that someones steering wheel apparently locked up on the motorway, and the car was totalled. Indus motors took no responsibility.
They dont give a damn once the car is sold, even if they mess it up.
And actually an authorized dealer would never spray water in the engine bay.
