I need some information regarding the gift scheme. Seems that I cannot find the official guidelines, I see a few different versions of the gift scheme. How would one "gift" a vehicle from abroad to a person living in Pakistan? What are the steps and what duties are applicable?

Additionally, I would like to know what benefits are available for Pakistanis returning back to homeland, permanently. Particularly looking for tax and duty benefits regarding importing home goods (example: fridge, TV, furniture etc)
