painted the outside did 2 coats of clear.due to lack of booth and dust on paint finish we will do another coat of clear on body and another 2 coats on roof and bonnet and trunk.at midnight to minimize dust as much as possible.

sanded the clear coats by 1000 grit paper

bonnet clear coats are 2

rest all pieces are in 4 layers of clear coat. see the difference

now tomorrow we will paint inside of car and make door pillars and engine room radiater bar black

and on monday whole car will be sanded by 2000 grit sand paper and compounded polished and sealed

will look some thing like this

products used

meguires ultimate compound
meguires ultimate polish
then meguires synthetic sealant glaze (2 coats)
then dodo purple haze (2 coats)
then dodo basic of bling detailer (2 coats)
will apply dodo acrylic sealant after 5 hours

the car has been fully painted from inside

the panels which came black from factory are painted black

after 4 coats of clear this is how the color shines and this still needs a 2000 grit sand paper and compounding polishing

after 5 months shes finally coming home tomorrow yay so excited

and consideration was to restore car with every thing new or almost like new or kabli no or less filler on body
full rust proofing and sound proofing
full option corolla
and denter took 40 k
paint i bought my self it was siekkens brand and car has 4 coats of clear.
and main consideration is to keep the car for 19 more years or as long as i am here

hahahaha i wish shabbir bhai she is just painted now and will come home for complete assembly on monday night Insha ALLAH me and my bro will fit each and every thing along with one helper only engine will be placed by mechanic.one week work left

thanks man those 2 extra clear coats really did wonders on her..she still has orange peel hope i could fix that or else will visit either ahmyar bhai or usman bhai in lahore during pak tour..and yes door handles are color coded im waxing them as we speak

Extra clear coats did add more depth to it which would be even more visible once the orange peel is sanded and buffed.

the engine bay

the car is finally home yay

since car was power less weight less
and brake less
it couldnt be towed
so we decided to push it home took 30 minutes and was 7 km journey time decided was midnight to avoid traffic

i was on my bike and my bro in the alto making vids

heres our pilot

pushing her home almost there yeehawwww

our convoy pushing her inside home finally home

in my garage ready for assembling one week more and she will be ready

assembling will be done by us brothers

im the one holding the bazooka sorry fender my brother the brains on this project behind me

The rims looks very nice (Y) Though it could do with a drop because the gaps in the wheel arches are destroying the looks.
