you wont be feeling little diffrence for changing the engine from 61 to 63,
There will be a huge diffrence, i never new that 61t is that slow on stock conditions,

As 4g63t is 275 hp with 260 ft/punds of torque,
almost 120 hp gain on just stock condition,

the 4g61t engines 0-100 timing come near to 10 sec. on stock condition,
thats slow,

but "Weight is an Enemy"

thanx for the info but we talk simple and talk about the block itself, thats 4G63. Lets say @Racerf2 bought a 4G64 block, u can't say its a turbo block, its just a block!

Although 4G61 has a 1.6ltr but on this specific Eclipse, as it has a JDM engine comes with 1.8ltr head.

Going under tuff situation now, the white lady is also in workshop for the past week and I'm driving a measly 1.3 Lancer (son of Evo??) which is very hard 2 drive in such high speed traffic. I desperatly need one of them to be on the road.

The perfomance shop whiteguy from Mitsubishi Ralliart gave me one Ralliart sticker and told me that after pasting it on the car it will gain 10hp, I asked for a 29 more as it will give me 300hp straight, he said its against company policy to give more than 300hp..... LOL!!!

I'm not kidding, I was pulling his legs and asking him seriously, he was feeling as if I'm dumb.... LOL!!! I enjoy these kinda situation.....

This beast was on the streets previously and our flagship moded car butdue to my younger brothers negligence and racing with the wind, this beast was dying a slow death after getting the Evo but once Salar and his roomy saw it they just could not get their hands off it.

This little sleeper has under its belt races against Supra Turbo Mk3 7MGTE, BMW M3 Hamman Modified, 2nd Generation Eclipse GST turbo, Camaro Z28, Chevy Lumina ss and others. BTW all these races have been won by the Sleepin Beast.

So @Hashu you better think twice before you mess with the Sleeper.

nice project brother (y)..but r u going to work on the aesthetics of the car aswell or just as it is??thoroughly cleaning the engine n then re-painting the whole car would be a great idea i think...btw will this engine fit a corolla or civic for instance or is it way big?
