Though the car's old carpet was in good condition except the area which comes under the drivers feet, but since I am renovating every part of it which I am able to find so I bought new floor carpet parted from an EG SIR, with provision of AC/Heater ducts for the rear seats.

mashaAllah. clean carpet is one of the hardest things to find...... it was always my dream to restore one of this models as a kid growing up playing need for speed..... you are living the dream. i am sick of riced up modified rides. this is true JDM .... in the end please give a break down of money spent on the car and the cars price........ u initially bought it for..... i would love to buy it off you some day.

plus i didnt not like the idea of old speakers.. you shouldve gone for new . focal. pol audio. components or something and have them in OEM size and fitting so no modification better sound quality and OEM feel. thats what i wouldve done personally .

Regarding the speakers, new speakers are always a good choice but I got these oem speakers really cheap with original adapter (3 to 4 screw converter) and they are serving their purpose quite well, especially those tweeters add to the revel. There are no speakers in the rear at the moment I will definitely try to get a nice pair in 5.25" (if I am correct abt the size) with a nice 2 din player as well.

I haven't got the ducts so far, but the carpet when laid down in the car the area around the gear shift lever stayed broaden and elevated and there are cut section as well beneath each front seat over the stiffeners.
See the location and purpose of these ducts in the picture below.

Yes exactly these are supposed to carry the supply of air when the air direction is set towards the feet, but luckily when the climate control is set to AUTO, the mode control motor cycles between different combinations including the feet, so no worries.

shabbir bhai MASHALLAH killer interior.....and about the vernts yes im taking about the city jdn or city just both have those vents u could test fit them maybe they will fit....im also finding them to see if the ft in my ae........also i ll check for purifiers also
