Yes indeed, it is a very toiling job. I have been searching for these items for over an year now. Sometimes you can't make the seller understand what you are actually looking for. They have thier own language and thier own terminology. No doubt some of them have a very good knowledge. I visit there almost every week and search thoroughly for items I am looking for and help the shopkeepr in removing the item from its donor part if don't need the whole assembly so that he don't break any tab and the items are of good use to me in the end. Each and every time bargain with him for a long session for reducing the price as there is no controlled prcie for these junk items, and finally return home with hands turned dark with grease and oil residues on the these junk parts.
This is no way like the super mall shopping that you check the price and pick the item from theshelf and then move on.
Sometimes when you find a rare item which is in damaged condition too, but if you need it you have to make decision on the spot as otherwise you may not be able to find it again, you pay for it whatever the sellers demands for it as he is smart enought to know that the item is rare and you need it badly. And later at some next visit you find the same item again with a better condition then you say it Alas!! and buy that item again as you like it in good condition.
