I see a new lip, then i guess something big is going on either a horn or something???

horn is the only thing in my car which don't produce any sound, just kidding
the clock spring of steering got damaged some time back so horn is not working, that too requires a DIY, ll be doing soon.

in this particular pic front grill is being installed after minor repair. the pic was actually to show new lip.

thank u, the idea to add lip was brought up by arsalan (aka supraman2jz).
finding original lip of GTti is nearly impossible in Pakistan, I discussed with some of body kit providers on PW but no one was willing to do the job finally got it done with the help of @Drug_Mafia
this lip was meant for Civic EK however fabricator customized it a lot to fit on my car.

camber setting of front wheels was adjusted at zero whereas we attempted to set a bit negative at rear wheels but failed miserably because tyres were rubbing shock absorber and if we add spacer then tyres rub fender on outer side . I was wondering if I could get rear fender a bit rolled.

Looks sweet, when you paint it, do it in either white or matt black. And also paint the rivets/screws with matching color.

In a period of one month I experienced chocking of tiny strainers of injector twice. When those got choked 2nd time that was an alarming situation for me so I thought to inspect whole fuel system.
Seeing the condition of filter I was so surprized that how car was running, literally mud type fuel came out of filter. Also fuel tank was opened to check condition of its internal. To my surprise tank was in much better condition. We Just cleaned it & sprayed paint on outer surface. Fuel pump and its suction strainer was also OK.

Couldn't manage to take detailed pics as I was also helping mechanic so u can well imagine condition of my hands

Unfortunately I could not find some quality fuel filter at that moment so installed an average one for time being, ll be replacing it soon with genuine one.

Well since four wheel disc brake is a rare thing in such old vehicles so finding pads of rear discs is PITA. This I realised soon after purchasing car. I went fir brake service and dismantling of rear disc pads revealed that those were used to such extent that metallic part was touching disc and ruining them. I searched a lot then, even visited plaza but could not find so finally ended with rebuilding old set. Later through the help of a friend finally I managed to get a brand new set and swapped them in.

i bought rear and front break pads from waterpump they were terrible instead of leather it was metal+leather thing ruined car disc brakes then i replaced them bought new one from plaza

what was the total c0st?? i am facing same problem as well my car's fuel is chocking but since i am running it on CNG :-# I can wait before completely opening the fuel system

yeah that happens the set i am running is preety good no touching the shocks on negative camber and no touching the fender coz they are rolled / cutt :S but they were already done that way when i got the car

If u have that bolt pipe of filter then its good oem filter is for 800-1200 here brand new.lips is looking good just paint it now. N yes tank is in quite good condition.

Yar kahan se karwate hain ye saray kaam? Whenever I go to get one thing done, be it any mechanic/electrician/denter, they ruin or disturb something else.

It is the genuine paint factor which is stopping me otherwise I would hv gone for rolled fender.
