Testing tilt frame
Nowadays tilt frames r easily available in market, I inspected a few of them and found them to be made of plastic and not durable at all. Then I requested a friend of mine to fabricate one for me out of carbon steel plate.
I provided in drawing with measurement and he fabricated it with 2mm thick sheet.
As it is in house fabricated so finishing is not that good but is solid. Next ll request him to fabricate with 1 mm sheet and some other design.

In addition to all these things new grill and lip removed as well.
In an unfortunate incident lost original GTti grill and now car is missing that grill badly.

Grill was already broken from several points, recently I met a minor accident in which lip and grill gone

Well rims r permanent. I was after a set of rims from the day when I purchased ride, i never liked those maglite. To search grill I visited several junkyards, couldn't find that however fell for the rims at first glance.
