Spend only on those at moment which give comfort, tat strut is no more now, abnormal bends to let it sit distroyed its purpose, fpr ok+ point, but change its location, it should be with rail with some shiney glossy paint 
, cover fuse box, make the pump internal (inside tank) cz external pump could b blown n catch fire, there are few victums of it too here on pw, rest wash ur filter with liquid soap, soak in bucket n wash with soft t.brush n then soak in clean water n let it dry, get ur self ready for diy buddy, you will learn alot
