when you tune the caburettor make double sure that the carburettor cover gasket in place. It makes a great difference.

and please do us all a favor and get rid of these junk philips screws from the engine. Use allen head socket screws.

Yup I plan to change them, will be replacing them with hex head screws, if I'll be able to get the socket head ones then will get them.

Your painter did an excellent base paint job but what happened when he was painting the graphic? not interested in his job? - The graphic is supposed to be smooth and shiny like the paint. Anyway you are doing good.

Seeing is believing, the graphic finish is shiny and smooth just like the base paint.
You wont be able to feel any difference between the finish of the graphic and the base paint even with your hand.

The original handlebars for this motorcycle had weights in their ends to reduce vibration to the wrists. If the handlebar is not original and they are not there then find a pair from a larger motorcycle and have a couple of receptacle nuts welded in. It makes a great difference in riding comfort.

As far as the tail lamp cover is concerned then I got only the outer plastic lens for Rs.400 and the remaining tail light assy along with the inner dome projector is original.
The lens is of good quality, dont know whether its original or not?

for socket head (allen screw) go to Sindh Madressah, there are a few dozen screw nut/bolt, fastener, clips, etc etc shops there, They have everything you would ever want as a fastener on your machine, C clips, circlips male or female, grub screws, CSK screws, button head screws, socket head screws, bolts, nuts, locknuts in every size..

They sell by its specification, all the casing screws are 6mm in shaft dia coarse metric thread but have different lengths which are in mm, measure all screws and note down, then go and buy a set, Get them cad plated too if they are bare.

You will appreciate working with them, because the POS philips screws need an impact driver to get off an on, which is not very pretty to use. I prefer a hex bit on a small ratchet.

The silencer has been sent for chroming.
Got new ignition switch along with new handle lock and gas cap.
The ignition switch has been wired with the main wiring harness and is operational.

I was unable to find the original "Deluxe" emblems for the bike and the side covers were looking blank without emblems in place so got the "Sports" one.
They are a temporary fit and will be replaced with the "Deluxe" ones as soon as I find a pair of them.

Mein tau dhoond dhoond mar gya, nae milay kahin Pindi mein ...

In Rwp it is very difficult to find them.

I apologize on the delay.
Had some issues with my camera's memory card and lost alot of pictures.
In fact I forgot this thread, saw it and thought of finishing it up.

The bike was completed.
Some minor things are still remaining.

Still unable to find the Original "Deluxe-100" side cover emblems for it.
Im attaching the picture, if anyone knows where I can get them then gimme a buzz.
