Can anyone tell me if there is anypainter in karachi who can colour my car like this , and whats the paint code and is it expensive thn the normal paint one guy did it on his Honda civic in Islamabad

I mean you can paint it any color you like.

Stick to basics and you'll have something people will admire and perhaps when it comes to selling it you'll be taken seriously buy potential buys.

Anyways picking up this car this coming weekend got it for next to nothing (cheaper then cheap) I had picked up JDM bumpers from Pakistan this past summer

IF YOU ARE GOING TO TOTAL STOCK LOOK THEN I WOULDNT CHANGE ANYTHING. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT THEN YOU MIGHT CONSIDER.

That looks like 2tc or 3tc engine but I am betting its 2tc which is smaller (better gas milage). If I were you I would look for weber 32/36 carbs or webber sidedraft single carbs (more power) and maybe replace stock manifold with some headers with 1 3/4" all the way out back(more power). For rims if your budget doesnt allow you to put some thing nice (expensive) find spare rims from 77-79 crassida because they are wider and came in 14" sizes (better traction)

That motor in that KE30 is actually a 3K. A 2T looks more like the attached. The T series engine is a real gem and a peice of Toyota's magnificent history. It's actually a Hemi engine (hemispherical combustion chambers). The head is a true cross flow head with the intake on the left side and the exhaust on the right. K series engines have both the intake and exhaust on the right hand side of the block. T engines also has the spark plugs on top (unlike the K series which has the spark plugs on the right hand side of the engine block). This is a T series engine.

Dear friend the car is still with the denter will take a week more thnwill goforthe paint , I am quite not a sabar wala banda to wait for the car to take such a long but its worth the wait as the denter work is going quite good whereelse the paint job is the next thing to it , InshAllah will updating you guys with the latest pictures from the painter's den

Awesome bro. I thought U were only into Marrk II's. I love Japanese classics. This generation is a favorite of mine as we had a Grey 76 Corolla when I was very young. I remember it was a fast car and used to touch 90 Miles an hour very quickly; my father never pushed it beyond that but I always felt and he said too that it could go further easily. It was a lot of speed back in the early eighties and remember, it was maintained by a local mechanic in Lahore. The car was pretty comfortable and roomy as well.

Proverbial, No bro my fist love is 1971 TE27 and 1971 RA20 but I am into anything old school... I have few other Japanese classics hidding but inshaAllah they all will come out of hibernation one at a time. I wonder if 2tg or 3tg engines ever made it to Pakistan or not

a 2T-G in there would do wonders - I saw one at a wrecker here with auto tranny going for about 25K - complete, that was about 6 months ago but its literally smashed to scrap metal now - another guy doing this here also asked about for a 2T-G

No brother I do not have the original wheel caps and wheels , have got 3spoke rims which I will replace with oldschool corolla celica rims

Have overhauled the original engine as it is a daily runner car for me but future plans are to change the engine

My sincere advice is to keep the orignal colour of the car. Put alloys of 13'' or 14'' but not above that & must change its silencer which is giving a very bad look. Try to keep it as genuine as you can & the outcome would be a beauty.
