MashaAllah, it is looking excellent. Try searching for chrome wiper blades, they will add value to the looks. Number plate also plays an important role i would recommend exploring the old pictures of that era and go for oldschool styling for that as well.
Regarding interior, I would recommend keeping it black and as per stock design, search for the expert who can restore seats as per original. If there is too much investment then restore the original door panels and go for black or charcoal velvet seat covers, keeping in view the hot weather it would be more practical!
