Bhai, I would love to follow your advice ... the the photos show the new model to be launched in Pakistan around mid April. Somebody offered me the kit for the new model. Of course, there is always excitement about a new model ... since I have discussed it already with some friends, and a unanimous view has developed that the present model looks better than the new model.

I have the intention of adding the extensions under the front and rear bumpers. Here I have to wait for getting a new house. The entrance of my present house is such that the bumper extensions will scrape with the floor. So ... hopefully, InshaAllah, I will get the extensions soon ... and that will markedly improve the look of the car.

You must give LAADLI a look like these cars specially the WHITE ONE

Okay Sir .. I will InshaAllah discuss this issue once again with my friends .. the issue is that Laadli spiritually belongs to several friends on PakWheels as well in my real life, so I have to keep my well wisher friends on board.

There is something very interesting brewing up about new plans for the car ... Brother Madhouse12 is trying to accomplish something very ambitious ... I cannot divulge the details as of now .. InshaAllah, I will share them soon, once we start progressing

I think your car is looking pretty decent and neat at the moment. As far as the new model is concerned, you can have a better idea after seeing it personally on the roads. Some cars are just photogenic. If it looked good even then; you can have a swap of parts.

If you want to go for extensions; I would suggest you to wait for some time. First make up your mind if you want to go for the newer shape or not.

If you ask me, I have seen both, live, as both models are available in HK. I personally think it is a trade-off between the front and the back. The front looks hot, the back aint that impressive. Anyhow, at the end of the day, you can even have a combo!

If the record of my past two cars is any indicator, I keep my cars for a long time. I am apprehensive about swapping any body parts with the new model of the Corolla. I have seen the photos of the new model of Corolla but to my perception, the new model is not "photogenic". Even if it was so, I would have gone ahead and bought the new model.

At the moment, I don't feel inclined to change any body parts which would alter its shape. Even in the case of headlights, many friends have suggested switching to angel eyes ... I have seen cars with angel eyes ... the angel eyes just don't go with the image of my car.

Well then it's perfectly OK.
Yes, angel eyes won't go with "Laadli". They would make it "Laadla" then.
However, read LED lights and smoked head lights will add to the glamorous look of Laadli.

Btw, do you have any plans to modify the interior?

Brother Istafa .. So far I have tried my best not to change the original shape of the car. Regarding changes in the interior, perhaps I will go for electric seats if I can find a decent set.

The next item on the agenda is replacement of the headunit with a custom made solution. I am expecting to receive the equipment in first week of April. May be I will go for touch screen LCDs in the headrests, along with PSP... lets see. It all depends on the equipment coming from USA.

Brother Madhouse12 has asked me to keep the new equipment under wraps for sometime ... I can just give you a hint that it is a custom solution for the headunit ...

As far as the car in the link is concerned, I am looking forward to installing the climate control system. I cant say when, but considering my frequent visit to far east countries, I am planning to buy the stuff myself. Lets see when it happens
