I posted all the photos that I took in the office, now the subs are packed ... Now I am planning to dynamat the trunk ... So I will try to take as many photos as I can ...

congratulations for developing a ladli's monster musical system, u have done so far so much things that i quit amazing at ur deeds. wat u done with Dynamat project is marvelous one. i am appriciating all three men and bhabi for working keenly with hardwork and dedication. I missed the hands like madhouse thats why thinking 2 much than work. i missed ur thread for quite while as my internet didnt allow me to do so. u and ur team is really appriciatable. thanks for educating us.

High tech toys ... I think Laadli deserves the new toys ... its her first birthday ...

I just finished the trunk lid dynamatting ... it was too hot when I returned home .. and then when I started, there was slight drizzle ... which slowed me down, but I managed to do the trunk lid.

With the arrival of the new monster subs ... it became necessary to beef up the walls of the subwoofer enclosures to bear the tremendous pressure of the PRS subs.

Today, the two subwoofer enclosures are with Brother Madhouse who is adding a thick layer of silicone inside the enclosures to avoid the possibility of any air leakage at the joints. As shared earlier, the sub enclosures have been prepared with seven layers of fiberglass and an additional layer of fiberglass resin mixed with calcium ...

I sent the two enclosures to Bro Madhouse. InshaAllah, he will share his DIY photos and explanation of stripping of souns deadening materials and addition of silicone.

With the sub enclosures gone, it was high time for me to start the trunk dynamatting.

I started at the trunk lid ...the first step was to remove the trunk lid liner

The Kenwood box required to be removed along with the floor board

You can see the signs of the previous "deadening" ... layers of rubber glued between the two layers of metal sheet ..

The rubber pieces were carefully removed

I checked the remaining supply of Dynamat ... I was left with 5 sheets ... two for sub enclosures .. that means only three left for trunk

I used the trunk lid liner to cut the appropriate size of dynamat sheet

As you can see, the width of dynamat sheet was less than the liner

Sorry about double markings on dynamat ... it became necessary when I adjusted the center

I really wish it could be done in one single sheet of dynamat, but it is important to take care of the wires and cables ... which might need to be adjusted later
