Sounds nice! Go for Suzuki GSXR-750 or GSXR-1000 ITBs. They should be a peach once you got them set properly. That way you'll keep the Suzuki theme intact.
I think they're good for around 160-ish BHP at the wheels. Otherwise,go for Hayabusa throttles, but they'll be a bit difficult to set up for low RPM / low load operation.
If you go for ITBs, you'll probably need a fairly well-modded ECU. Then it's a question of going for Alpha-N + MAP or Hot-wire / Karmann Vortex AFM air flow measurement strategy.
I personally think that for an ITB (from what I've studied), Alpha-N + MAP (for low throttle openings) gives the best power output. That's what they use in the new M3 V8 anyway. That coupled with a WB02 should give you pretty accurate mixture control.
Make a nice airbox with a flat panel filter and cut out a small NACA scoop on the bonnet for cold air à la M3. It should let out a nice induction growl on full throttle. Beware of water ingress though...
Too many questions bro'!
Hope you don't get cheesed off! But I know you know, so I ask
A la prochaine!
