The cruiser finally did contribute something. Taking frame to the denting party who are already working on the body.

Remember the project started on 5th of sept and today was the 7th day. Going with good speed.

is that enough for a jeep?. probably yr changing wheels and tires to larger size, that will add more drag to jeep, it will be less than 28 hp afterwards

It's always with the body weight and the ratio of 4X4. I have thoroughly tested it and it proved good. For reference you can see the below link.

The red circle shows the location of speed and 4X4 gear, means nothing being modified there. The yellow marks show the place from where 15" frame is extended. I hope it doesn't disturb the mechanics of the vehicle.

The denter party at Peshawar more, Islamabad. Again, my old friends and from my village too.

This hump (red circle) will be removed and will give good space (blue marking) to the rear passengers to relax their feet.

For the door, i have two options.

Option 1 = One single door

Option 2 = Two small doors and in between a 3"X1" pipe. The rear part of the second door will be stretched a bit as it has space to be cut.

I would recommend a double door configuration. The pillar in the centre would also provide some binding and strength to the longer sides. A single door would make driver more comfortable, rear party less so. Does not matter as you will be in the driver seat, I suppose. But the two doors may be more stabilising, for the now longer sides.

I agree with the Ranger sb,
I think you would need the binding strength, I would aso recommend the 2 door option but a 1.5 foot door may look a bit strange,
If you're going for one door then reinforce the sills and the base which extends under the doors.

Just longer rear shaft, fuel & brake lines & hand-brake cable. A little bit of wiring etc. Thats all.

Great going Noman Bhai - Just little question:

What is the effect of longer or shorter rear drive shaft on drive/torque/speed of the vehicle? Does a longer shaft reduces the pick and torque? and the shorter one vice-versa?

i would sugguest you to keep 1 big door.
as your purpose was to gain more space and length.

i dont think so that a person like me can easily pass in from 1.5 ft door
even a 2 ft door looks smaller to me.

Sir the hand brake cable will not be disturbed as in this model of suzuki, the hand brake has come in the 4X4 gear which is at it's original place. Only the following will be extended
1. Fuel pipe
2. Cylincer
3. Some wiring
4. Rear shaft

Brother the length of the shaft has nothing to do with the torque as both it's ends rotate at the same speed irrespective of it's length. The only difference can be of flexibility which may bother its alignment. For that i may change the existing rod type shaft to a pipe type shaft.

I was happy to see the full body on the extended frame as it was not looking over stretched, which i was afraid of. Only a 6" extension in the body from the rear will be done. The overall work going fine and in time.

Pls suggest color for the vehicle. I am planning to have it with mat finishing. Remember, it's a hunting vehicle. Following are the options.

1. Camel color
2. Army green
3. Liver
4. Green (light angoori)
5. Gun metal

Brother, I would suggest olive green for a change. Something between army green (being very dark and prohibited) & light angoori (that might look a bit odd due to straight lines of the vehicle).

Camel would be the second option being a perfect color for Pakistani terrains. Its as common though and you already have an animal in the similar color tone in your stable.

Whichever the color, as you already know, it will be good to have no chrome or white stuff on the vehicle. And the wheels may also be color coded if not black.

Nice going sir..looks like the guys are doing a very clean job..
Just a suggestion,how about widening her abit to match the stretch??nothing fancy just extensions of mud guards and bumpers could do the job.
As for color,
1 - Camel - U already have one,go for something different.
2 - Army green - I think it's not allowed now on private vehicles.
3 - Liver - Hmmm only if metallic.
4 - Green - That is a gud option,how about 90% green mix with 10% black.
5 - Gun metal - Somehow i don't digest he color when i imagine it in my head..

I would suggest to go for color in red spectrum.cherry red,honda red,bright red etc etc..
It's a small vehicle in the world of jeeps,and light color makes her even smaller and less noticeable,hence go for something dark but not too dark like blue or black.
