less power. less pick, as soon as bike warms up clutch will not work or work poorly, and if compression is low then bike needs its head cylender to be repaired as well..

Sorry for asking so many questions, how to know the clutch plates are passed out? i know really dumb questions, but i have no idea how to know and the mechanics love telling kay sub kooch khuraab hei, he said coil khuraab hei but it started later because he thought i don't know it won't start without a battery, he was showing there's no current after disconnecting the battery luckily a friend guided a bit.

The update is all the parts have been sourced but I've been lately busy with my alevel exams and all, so I'm not getting much to time to drop the bike at the workshop, plus in the mean time I've acquired a another project bike triumph tiger, which will be reall tough to restore.

@sarsalan while working on the bike today the electrician says that my stator is 6 volt which is originally on CD 185 but the other setup 12 volt so it charges the battery at at least 4k rpms and high speeds. He suggests to use a CD 200 magnet. Is there any other way out?

No I'm afraid not..I have a cd175 running on 6v and its a pain in a## cuz u don't get the lights,solenoids etc easily... It wud be wise to swap it with 12v...

My all setup is 12 volt but the battery gets down because magnetto is of 6 volt apparently. Can I rewind the stator to 12 volt?

Gonna be a tough job...if u have some one really professional then go ahead with it else source it of from ranchore line

Updates:
1. Wiring done, no charging issues.
2.New meter.
3.Self Start motor serviced
4.Indicators installed
5.New headlight installed.
6.New fork covers.

In the mean had broken the kick start spring, got that changed as well.

Things which are left and will be done soon I guess.

1.Original side covers (trying to source them)
2.Paint work (Will be sky blue)
3.Chrome work
4.New silencers
5.Powder coat the chasis

Going very slow, because of time management issues and studies, but the bike is becoming fun to ride now.
