Also after the windscreen was installed, we got the license plate colored.......... pics later

So Saturdays progress:

1- Cleaning of interior (self)
2- Windscreen Changed (Rs 4,500)
3- Installed bonnet rubbers (Rs 100)
4- Number Plate color (Rs 350)

I apologize for not updating yesterday's progress.......

I nearly lost the Project Vehicle at 2200 hrs yesterday when 3 robbers/ kidnappers/ car snatchers tried to hijack me near my home at Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 13 (near jauhar chorangi) Karachi.

I was coming back with my little brother (age 15) and my two cousins (aged 17 and 22) from Metrpolitan Gym (block 15 Gulistan-e-Jauhar) and had to stop at the restaurant to buy dinner (nihaari & roti ) . As I parked the vehicle on road side three people with guns in their hands surrounded our vehicle from sides and back whereas the front was blocked by wall of public toilet. By grace of Allah we saw the b*st*rds and realized things were not good, just before they could control us, so I slammed the door (driver one) on one of the guy and punched him and ran away from the car....same action followed by my younger brother and cousin on the other two .......this dislodged their planning and they had to escape.

Allah ap ko apni amaan maen rakhay..!

Bro, Allhamdulillah you and the rest of family survived and walked away unharmed, thought I'd recommend that never try any thing like this again as these material things can be bought again, your life and safety is priceless!! May Allah protect every one!

Bro they weren't only targeting the car (my guess). With the conditions in Karachi many different groups are involved in extortion, kidnapping, and harming just to create terror.......... Though the media and some political parties depict that only a political party of this region with militant wing is only responsible here, this ain't the truth.......... there are many groups/ forces that are involved in destroying the peace of Karachi and creating terror, I believe that making these elements stronger by showing no-resistance is un-patriotic.

the lowlifes with guns trying to rob people on public streets deserve to be ran over by the same cars on the road - because they are not human, they have no family, no respect and no dignity.

Annihilation is the only cure. These same goons will take your money - shoot you dead so you dont report them and then play with your dead body too.
