There are some Tyre shops at McLeod road lahore who deals in all type of bike tyres couples of car tyres dealers at Nila Gumbad aslo deals in bikes tyres.

For used tyres Bilal ganj & Nulakha bazar near lahore railway station are good places.

Seat after being fitted.

Another problem which i was facing is the low charing current specialy in night time when head lights remains ON for long.This problem was also accompanied by "chick chick" sound from magnet/alternator cover. So to trouble shoot the problem i opens the engine's side cover,

did you figure out what was the sound ? and how did you get rid of it..and i asked how long will it take to complete the bike ?

During the all this period most of the time bike remains on road & was fully completed last sunday. Just wait for updates as i m posting rest of the pics.

Alternator's coil removed for inspection

Root cause of problem was also visible in ist pic as the screws used to fix the coils were loose & the coil was striking the inner side of magnet which causes damage to coil's insulation & the final result was the two phases of coils out of three were short & not producing electric power:-(

Ist i tried to check it by tighting the screws of coils but the it didnt work then i completely remove the coil & reaches bilal Gunj( junk Market) for Coil hunt.

After an exhausting search finally i found one in good condition.Couples of months back these type of coils were easily available but now a days these are short in market as the new CNG auto Rikshaw owners are getting replace there chinese alternater solution with these Genuine ones as the size of the magnet & Coils of there alternator are the same.

I pay 75K to the owner rest of the expenditure contains long list & now i m crossing 100K even all the work is done by my self

Then the time came for some engine refreshment as i have drove the engine on previous oil around 600 Kms so decided to replace it as it was changed by the previous owner not by me.

Old Oil has already been drained while replacing alternator's coil so i removed the oil filter cover during the process the broken wire also fixed on Oil pressure sensor
