It will be better if you make some sketch diagram for Carb. with connected vacuum pipes; some sort of SLD so that Carby issues facing by @hassantaewra @miqdadkanani @ahmedali.kas9 can be addressed

My Vacum stuff is ok , and i do know 80% of the stuff , but the thing is in my electrical stuff , it gives power as soon as my car starts , maybe I’ll take it to my electrician.

Yes then its certainly the power/wiring issue. The VSV power connections should be checked.

Her chilling at Bahria town, I have a couple of issues, The fuel average is really bad, maybe giving 4-5 kmpl and the second one is there's a little grinding sound most probably coming from the gear, but it goes away, when the clutch is pressed, what could this mean? From where should I start diagnosing the fuel problem?

In my case, damaged Exhaust was the major culprit. After engine rebuild (without carb setting), the mileage was like 3kmpl. I knew the exhaust was damaged and the replacement lifted the average to 6.5kmpl.

Then got the timing adjusted, carburettor rebuild and now tbe average is almost 9.5kmpl with AC in city and about 10.5-11kmpl without AC.

Grinding noise coming from gearbox which vanishes by pressing clutch could be clutch bearing

Also check if gear oil is less in gearbox

Get your Carb. overhauled if you have not done yet and check vacuum connections.

Grinding sound seems Low quantity or expired Gear oil so 1st of all, drain Gear oil and put fresh oil as per Factory spec.

If sound persists, then check Bearing & attached Rod

Went to My mechanic, and the gear wala , they said "Iski pressure plate farigh hogai hai , gaari khichai nahi karri hai" In my opinion car's acceleration is normal, but gears are tough now , to engage and disengage,

I want a second opinion, can that guy, Who was at F.B Area (I forgot his name) , who was famous, is he still in business, what was his address, Does that Irshad guy @miqdadkanani work on gear and stuff?

or any mechanic anybody can suggest @capsat @brownrose78 @nnabeel
