Things have started to get real. The Left side sill was cut down as it was rotted by rust. Removal of it revealed rust over Which I think is the Frame, well it was cut off, alongside it the sides of the floorboard also came off.

Is this the Frame or the siill?

Now Here is where I need You guys' advice, The Denter will be welding a new piece there, Which according to the denter is 22 gauge and the floorboard I guess is 18 gauge. So Will it be okay to Weld that piece there? Upon inquiring From the denter he said, it'll be okay and as it's in the sides. Need You People's advice.

As a rule of thumb, don't use a metal thicker than the base metal.

The same gauge or thickness is important as an uneven thickness will lead to a car leaning to the heavier side that can be dangerous on the road. Uniformity is important when welding.

Although the portion is small, even a micro difference in thickness can affect the aerodynamics and safety of the car particularly at high speeds.

i guess , the samller the guage, thicket is the metal sheet, 22 will be thin, 14 will be very heavy

@xenerking Well i know that, So i guess its fine? By the way its the same thickness from which Hood are made of FX,Khyber etc.

Local denters cannot weld 22 gauge it is very thin to bear the heat.
Use 18-16 gauge. Usually floors and sills are made of 16 gauge.

Seriously, this is too much rust. replace all the foot peri, floor pans, wheel arches. The car is open now, decide and replace. once it is welded and closed then u will not have the chance to re do it. this much rust will pop up soon after paint.

The frame beneath the foot peri is badly rusted. replace or remake it. u need to do a full rust conversion job before sending to painter.

Rust never ended and it pops any time specially in current monsoon season, they emerge from beneath sheet.

Agreed with @nnabeel Bhai, The rust isn't that bad as the floors are rock solid except on the sides, The Pictures are a little on the contrasty side as am using an IOS device will be sanding away all the rust away before going to the painter, am sure you'll love the end results. The surface rust came From the Plastic sheet that was laid and trapped moisture.

@brownrose78 no atm I ain't using rust converter, the plan is to cut all the rusted pieces and weld new pieces there and remove all the surface rust.

New Pieces being welded with the outer sills welded.

Try to paint inside of the metal which will be unable to paint after welding with some zinc rich primer or even put thick coat of paint (yes some will burn off while welding but atleast little will left behind).
Because rust will start again due to being bare metal.

What did you do to this part of the floor?

Yes @Hassan1991 The inner sill was rubbed with regmaal and dammar applied wiith new piece welded where needed.

What you call daamar is bitumen tar, it doesnt stop rust, infact it can trap moisture and rust away metal even faster.

You need a correct primer as mentioned.

Changing this complete peice would have been a better option rather than cuts and welds at various portions on a single piece

Need You guys' suggestion, can't find Margalla plus' bumper, that's already installed in my car (the bumper which was installed in my car is far too gone and all mounting points are now broken), everywhere I Only get that 97 before model's, not a huge fan of that, Everyone says that it isn't available or you can only find it in Kabli markets. Can anyone hook me up with Someone who can get me these Bumpers?
Also About the lights: Nippon motors quoted 9800 For the Headlights and 5500 For the Back lights with 1500 for Parking Lights, the brand was TYC, Need you guys' advice or suggestions that which shop gives the best rate. or any trusted shop in Plaza etc.

He is right. My mechanic installed an entire piece for the chasis. This is dangerous.
