The Car's denting work is going to be completed at the end of this week. Here are some pictures of kinaarii , of both, back and front and Repairs made to the Roof,

aoa, kisi bhai k pas hai margalla ke black rear garnish jo sale krna chahta ho ya bta skta hai k islamabad ya rawalpindi mai kahan sy and kitne mai mil jae gee?
aksr shops ya parts walo k pas new garnish red lights mai available hain around 5500 to 6k but mjhe black wali chae ye hai beshak conditon normal ho color fade ho no issue except breakage.

try to restore old margalla plus bumper because new margalla bumpers available in spare parts markets are not off good quality they are not even flexible and got faded after few months.

Little Update 10-09-2022

Bought a new bumper for the Front of the Car, and bought just the pad for the Back and will be re-using the old bumper as the bumper I have is of Margalla plus and nobody in the market seem to have the Margalla Plus Bumper.So will be restoring the back bumper.

Update 16/09/2022

Filler was applied to the whole car and wet sanded. The amount of filler was kept low.

The rescued Rear Bumper , with it's new Pad.This is the Original Margalla Plus Bumper.

Priming the Door areas.

The Primer looks really close to the car's own color (Ash Grey)

Have you removed the monograms from trunk before applying primer?

Yes @nfsmostwanted bro the Fenders are just hanging there , that's why it isn't lined up because behind the fenders here is a rust hole that needs to be repaired.

Also i Removed the Monograms from the trunk , ass they were JeNwAn too.

Jpdate 18-09-2022

Today Marks the whole month , since this project was started

Had a khuaariful day todaay as had to get the car to the mechanic than got it towed back to the denter.

Engine jani out.

Engine and its stuff chilling at the mechanic's place.

Upon the removal of the Engine car , revealed another jugaar , with industrial Sariya tied to both of the Mukhiyans,.

Today's Update

Called the electrician, he removed the wiring and the dashboard,

This is he first time , the dashboard of this car is removed , also found a 1999 Coin inside the heater thing.,

One good thing is that the Heater core , cooling coil and the Blower motor is of Denso and is original and pretty good condition , so will be reusing all this stuff to get the AC up and running buy have o change he Compressor.

Its a bad thing, because when it will be finished, you will see waves in the work.

Serial wise as picture sequence:
Non-uniform Gap between Right Rear door & fender
Non-uniform Gap Right Front door & fender
Petrol lid opener area should be treated well
Left Rear door & rear fender(wheel arch) gap is not standardized
Left Rear door & rear floor boot gap is not standardized
Rear bumper should be little forward
Treatment of Door hinges
Diggi Boot alignment

@Xulfiqar bhai , the painter was told ha here should be no Dhalken/waves in the final product, so also keeping a close eye on that.

@brownrose78 Thanks for such a detailed reply, actually nothing is totally lined up right now, also the fenders are just dangling off of the sides. will surely make he panel gaps as perfect as possible.

Electricals:

The Engine wiring was a mess, so had to redo it.

Will change the Inner Fuse box.

The Outer Fuse Box (One which is present in the Engine Bay) had everything except the relays and fuses in it.Will replace it too

Will also add another Indus corolla fuse box to house the relays for headlights, Horn etc.Not a huge fan of adding relays to stuff but, it's an old Car, what else can you do

The Meter, needs service, might Go to Hafiz Jee for that, OR might go towards the RPM meter one That comes in cultus, @capsat @nnabeel @brownrose78 @Hassan1991 any idea how much would that cost?

Also found original Denso AC stuff in the Dash.
