Daktar saheb, after going through the pages & the pictures, with all due respect & no annoyance, you are wasting time & resources over this vehicle. The under carriage pictures you shared clearly indicate butchered chassis frame, untamed steering & front suspension train. The body shell and the engine bay will not be able to 'HOLD & TRANSFER' the BRUTE power of 1UZ in its pure form to the wheels. It may crack the mounts twist the chassis,

The metal worker working on your vehicle is highly un-skilled for cars, may be some iron smith fabricating domestic house grills & gates. The tube choice for roll / jail cage is clear example of his inability to correctly guide you for right items.

• again - i mean no disrespect, it is just that this kind of work & metal surgery is recipe of disaster [ ALLAH (swt) Keep you safe ]

What size and gauge pipe are you using roll cage ?

well ther,s no point of disrespect at all.. of course i want u guyz to reply and leme know as its nt my field after all.,,

the point is what to do..u,ll have to tell me in a bit simpler way..(like we dont confuse patients with medical terms..lol)..the car is at CAR DOMAIN islamabad,..if he cannot do it rite,then who else should i be looking for..have heard alot of car domain..HPR..etc etc..

what is that orange circle around fender showing..didnt get u on tht..?? was tht in comparison to the blue one..
well for the roll cage,don worry i have an option of removing this neways.,,,,am more concerned about the other aspects now.? what furthur should be done to the chaasis to bring this v8 on road..(step wise with pictures if possible)..

let me guide u with this...u see the main bar coming round which has been done square in yr car needs improvement ...... a side impact will open the joint very easily

now see in your car ..in should have been a single 13 feet bar with 2 45 degree bends ...but they are done with joint work ...........

look at the marked areas .... these should be a single pipe without joint ..in case of hit they will open up and will not take any impact ...... and having this is more dangerous then having no roll cadge

i cross cardomain every day .. i think yr car is parked behind 2jz white bemer .... you may have scene me testing a 1jz bemer n rx8 ... i had my khyber done from here ..hussain bahi is good friend ...... u can see his honda city ...n see the way roll cadge is done.......i made my own workshop after getting sick of all workshop issues n blunders they make ..and its on the back side of cardomain ......now a days m just finishing up few of my remaining projects

actually for bends 1 needs a bender machine ....so its better use that ......

just get your work done from there but visit often n do what is proper ..not what mechanics say

:-! your cars's roll cage look useless the pipe/rods or whatever it is will bent in a second if it takes a dricect hit this is the way your joints should bhttps://scontent-
