first of all, obtaining muscles are not as easy as u thought ...u r going into wrong direction ....all those extra calories u r consuming will end up as extra fat layer on ur stomach and u will get those love handles too ...exercise for muscle building or toning is very important ...without exercise, no matter how clean u eat, extra calories will always end up as fat layers ...that's how our body works ....u need to break muscles in order to grow them stronger and bigger ....
so now stop consuming extra calories until u hv got a proper exercise regime ....wall pushups are useless ...in starting, do 3 to 5 sets of lying pushups on flat surface ...increase ur reps as u grow stronger ...

....now, if u can't go to gym then i would recommend u to buy a set of dumbbells ... u need to do more shoulder, arms oriented exercises like dumbbell press, side laterals, bicep dumbbell curls in order to grow them bigger ...while doing pushups u don't nee extra calories however, u can consume a skim milk shake after ur session completed .... don't increase ur calorie intake until u starts proper exercise ...and believe me when i say that getting rid off the excess fat is way more difficult then gaining muscles ...
