You can use any low fat milk, one litre of low fat milk will provide about 35 grams of proteins.First calculate your protein needs. If you have a sedentary life style you can use 0.5 to 1 gram protein per kg but if you are bodybuilding and want to gain muscles you have to use 2 grams of protein per kg body weight.Means if you are bodybuilding and your weight is 70 kg, for optimum growth you should use 140 grams of proteins. You can use drink 350 ml skimmed milk three times a day, eat 6 egg whites which will provide about 25 gram proteins and use 1/4 chicken which will provide about 35 grams of protein, the rest of proteins will be provided by roti, bread, rice, pulses you eat daily.Regarding supplements check this linkMega Mass - pakhealthforum.comSupplements - pakhealthforum.com
