Are there any features that they may have skipped in Pakistani version compared to its international version which is the normal trait in Pakistan with the big 3.

Almost every features is included in CBU model, Pakistani version will have 1.5T engine as originally X70 came with 1.8T engine in Malaysia.

Pakistani version at this launch is still a CBU. We will know actual PK version when its assembled locally as CKD.

The only difference between Malaysian domestic model and the CBU Pakistan version is the engine. 1.8T vs 1.5T.

I heard the pricing of top variants will be 5.2-5.4m which is attractive but it will be 2wd premium, the executive awd X70 will be in between 4.7.4.9. The difference between these two is lack of Nappa brown leather seats will come in black leatherite seats and no panoramic roof, no power seats for passenger seat and no advanced driver assists (ADAS) which mean no autonomous emergency braking, front collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, blind sport monitor and intelligent LED high beam control. It will be having 18" rims instead of 19" in premium 2wd variants. The executive model will channels its power via a BorgWarner all-wheel drive system with an electromagnetic multi clutch coupling which will delivers all the torque to the front wheels in normal speed and can send up to 30% torque to the rear axle if needed.

I'd like to point out that even in Malaysia, AWD was only offered in CBU model on the mid-trim Executive AWD. Top of the line was FWD only.

When CKD X70 was launched in 2020, AWD was dropped altogether due to low demand and all variants are now FWD.

That wat I mentioned top of the line the one I saw yesterday is fwd premium model with 19" rims and with all the features, awd in Malaysia is not popular as they don't need it. In Pakistan we might see the sales of awd and depend on price.

Only a wishlist. It's base will be 4.5 million and high end will be up to 5.2 million.

Glory is not the competitor of X70. Tucson, Sportage and HS are the competitors of X70. Price range bhi unke mutabiq hi ho gi. Around 45-55 lacs

Glory 580 is a 7 seater suv where as x70 is 5 seater

FYI: The engine used in PKDM X70 is 1.5 TGDI which has compression ratio of 10.5:1 and requires at least RON 92 petrol.

For potential buyers worried about a small 3-cylinder engine being unsuitable for X70 because of vibrations, noise, harshness etc, Here's a detailed article outlining the counter-measures that Geely and Volvo took while developing this engine. It should remain smooth, refined and durable for years to come. They claim the engine is rated to last at least 15 years or 350,000 km.

3.5-4m is not possible, even in Malaysia the starting price is 94k Ringit.

I think the two variants will sit between 5 and 5.5 and as introductory price for limited time.
