well not as ofter as PTCL , the ptcl had edge in terms of speed and data cap , and in terms of customer service and support it has always been ZERO .
Qubee is installed at a few friends homes , they dont have any solid complains other than speed getting low at peak hours , but that is every other networks story , the CS is not as fast and responsive as wi-tribe , but they do come over and resolve your issue within 48 hours , unlike witribe , who resolves your issue within 24 hours max .
- PTCL customer service at the one stop shop told me that due to Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) directive they have been forced to reduce the cap from 70gb to 30 gb. If THAT is so then does not that apply to Qubee as well?
Will they still be able to offer 70 gb or not?
I would love to make the switch.....though
every other operator has the same excuse ,
i called witribe inquiring them about their max speed package with hieghest data cap , they told me the max they offer is 2mbps with 40 gb cap , and according to them , 40gb cap has been enforced on 2mb users by PTA . and its not their fault .
while we can purchase additional volume always .
at the same time qubee offers it @ 70 gb .
which further proves that WI-TRIBE are LIERS . they are the biggest LIERS i have ever come across in my history of internet usage .
a year back i had witribe installed , i wasnt able to use the internet for 2 months continues due to illness ,
so when i got up , i contacted them to reactivate my connection ...
they had a 5000 rs bill against me ,
i told them that i havent used your service for more than two months , not even a single MB .
so why should i pay you this amount .....
they said that is a postpaid connection , however if i want they can do me a favor , and activate my connection on paying 2000 rs ,
and then my billing cycle would start at normal after 30 days .....
i said fine do it ... i paid 2000 rs activated it ,
but THEY LIED .
they shut down my connection after exactly 10 days , and then when i called , they told me that i have to clear my dues before i could resume my service ......
i said but you people gave me a waiver , and told me to pay 2000 and my billing cycle starts after 30 days as normal ....
to which they said that please tell us the name of the person who told you this ....
which obviously how would i respond ... the case went higher with their upper management calling me up ,
but they DID not reactivate my connection .
i confiscated their device .
next , their representatives call me up , telling me that they want the device back , i said fine ,
give me back my 2000 rupees , plus my security deposit , and take the device ....
to which they said ok , we will pay you your outstanding and take the device ...
next day they call again for device retrieval and told me , that their representative would come over to pick up the device ,
he would give me a slip .. and take the device ,
and later he will come back with cash for me and take the slip away ......
i told them what would i do with your slip if he takes the device and does not show up ,
give me my cash back and take your device .
they argued a lot . but i did not agree .
then they said ok , to me ... and never came to pick the device .
STAY AWAY FROM WI-TRIBE . they are the BIGGEST FRAUDS you will ever come across .
