Punjab to get CNG 7 days a week during specified time

It takes about 30 minutes to get CNG filled in Lahore near DHA phase 6 around 1 pm (H)
nd on Sundays about 5-10 minutes after 6pm (H)
ONLY when they are operating all pumps (that they are from last week) otherwise it takes about 1-2 hr :S

nd there is no load-shedding - Thank God they have generators

So Government is so far successful in deviating the people from using CNG. Don't worry almost all private vehicles owners will shift to petrol.

i dont think so, there are people who get cng every day by spending whole day n sometimes they still dont get cng, others send their drivers, ones who live near pump or far have started to reserve space even before me in line, u should see lines sometime, how long they get so quickly after 4pm
the ones who r using petrol have no choice left

if i had a budget, i'd go for prius n never look back at cng but well that also costs 1.8million
even city ivtec on petrol would be better but again 1.5m

two normal lines which get only 1 point
one line for hiace having dedicated point like at G9/4 pso pump

Mera pump zara anokha say hai Gas ways near morgah mor..Ladies can get their cars filled without an queues.Last sunday under immense pressure by family i finally gave up(ghar walay soti lay kay sar pay khara huay thay) and went to get gas filled(after 1 and a half month) .Got it in hour and a half .I was in the queue midway dolling out gulli danda when i saw my sister entering from the exit lane,got cng filled within minutes and vanished.Lost half of my half of my gulli danda in anxiety (it fell down).Ji chah raha tha zameen khoddon aur ghus jaon

Recieved a devilish smile at home.I was laughed upon like crazy.

Cng guy advised me to the park the car in line @5:30/6am in the morning.The pump is rougly 500 meters away from home so i can walk.Magar ini khwari..

Main yaqeen say keh sakta hun kay is schedule to follow karna para to zarur diabetic ho jaon ga.

I don't think that the schedule will be revised on 7th May. Govt. has extended the same schedule till 12th May. source SNGPL :: Curtailment Schedule

If the Govt. care for the nation, then there will b no need for us to discuss such stuff. The "Ganjas" want the nation to struggle in search of Electricity, Gas and Water so that they can enjoy "Turkish Kababs"

This was the same case with a cng station on adyala road ( ladies line seperate) wich was mostly empty.
but due to immense pressure and phaddas they had to give in

Well, in Lahore, I usually get CNG within one hour on busy days. While on Sunday, it roughly takes 5 to 15 minutes to get CNG. I usually get it from Total filling station which is located near G.C. University. It is almost 8 km trip from my home. But I consider time over these few kilometers. On Multan Road within Lahore, I have observed that there are no lines of cars on CNG station and one can get the gas in no time. That could be because of so many CNG stations situated closely and the 6 hours daily schedule plus 16 hours on Sunday has relieved the pain to get the CNG refilled. I have also observed that the few pumps in Lahore which has got lines are either situated in residential areas or are far away from any other CNG station. Plus, people are also misers here who can't even drive few kilometers to next CNG station just because they are afraid of losing few rupees of CNG or a half litre of petrol.

Any news? i went yesterday to gt road but lines were so long that i came back. It would have taken at least 2-3 hours.... 15km of petrol wasted

Another reason is that there are no taxis or suzuki pick ups (as public transport) which constitute most of the cng lines in rwp/isbd
