Eventually you will definitely be able to experience all of it, but the question that comes up is for how long? When will the next part fall apart, what interior part is going to separate next in the scorching heat where whatever adhesive was used has lost its hold, what window regulator has started failing now etc ....
I am not trying to discourage you, I just want to give you an idea of how ownership of a botched up jugaard filled german car is like and how it may feel like you will never catch up on trying to fix all of the issues as there come more new ones than the old ones you can fix. That is why I urge you to make sure you take your time and look for a mechanically fit car. When the drive train is working properly a few minor issues (like window regulators, seatbelts not retracting etc) don't feel so bad, rather than the car overheating all the time, AC not performing and or issues with the locking system.
