& yes better as soon as in early morning & also decide menu before so that everone prepare for that budget

& infact there should be some kind of poll for finalizing such matters as menu,location ,time,next gtg etc.

We are planning for a PakWheels KARACHI Get-Together on the 19th of July i.e. PakWheels Birthday. We have concluded with the selection of the venue, while we need votes for the timmings etc.

Venue: Savor Restaurant (parking area), DHA Phase 8, Karachi

Timings: Options
1. Early Morning (6:30-7am) Breakfast
2. Evening (5-5:30pm) Tea
3. Night (7:30-8pm) Dinner

i have no issues. but we have to decide fast, as once it is finalised we need to spread the word too. So there should be a mutual consensus on the location. People also suggest possible locations....
