Personally speaking, I hate having my a$$ checked everytime entering Cantonment bro and I dont have sticker as well.
Zamzama dont have experience
Noorani normal food and high prices
Dalaan normal food and unreasonable service charges
Usmania excellent food and reasonable charges
Gardenia good food and similar prices
Hanna self cooked everything, no idea about BBQ no experience in this regard but security issues prevail I think.

These are my comments but majority is authority I dont mind eating ROSH at any road side restaurant though you will notice that soon

It is a good option @saeedmagsi and I are used to going there during lunch times but not at maghrib or afterwards, so I cannot comment on security issues at these times.

Well dear beside our chit chat. i must congrats to Apple riders to this marvelous step of GTG of Quetta chapter although
i heard some one invited me and @ckpirkani, i am little late in thread well hope to join you all.
well from my side suggestion is for some SAJJI or Khadi kabab as pure trible culture.
