first of all, make a plan which u can maintain for the next two months.. do the exercise u like, eg swimming, jogging while listening to music or if neither, treadmill exercising or Weight lifting (but remember, ur muscle mass will get distorted if u weight lift regularly and then leave it)
stop drinking all sorts of sweet fizzy drinks, no coke,fanta or seven up. drink kachi lassi or lemonade to replenish ur salts.. make it a habit for ur life, these r unhealthy and r best avoided
ask ur cook to put one teaspoon of oil in ur food, it will not only be healthy for u but also for ur family.
don't eat from restaurants except once a week, so that u don't have any withdrawal.
this is all about balance, exercising regularly but moderately. eating low oil food but high in energy (such as beans , daal)
