Can you guys please search for 'fasciculations' on you tube or any other video portal and let us know if that's what you mean by 'vibrations' you feel in your leg.
Fasciculations are also visible and you can see a small portion of your legs skin twitch intermittently, usually when it's in an awkward posture.

Its complicated and cant be treated on a forum.. Consult a good medical specialist.. There might not be a cure for it but it depends on the underlying cause which needs to be investigated.

what can be done to improve ones eye sight by a considerable amount? a friend got laser surgery done but i dont want to undergo a surgery at this age although he reports amazing results. is there any way to heal my eye sight? one thing i did (thanks to @rollonbigmama for the suggestion) was to drink aniseed (sounf) tea. dip it in water overnight, boil in the morning n drink it. i did it for about 3-4 months on regular basis and i started to feel that my eye sight was getting better very slowly. but sadly i could not keep that routine going for a long time im gonna start that again but i want to combine it with as many other ways to improve eye sight as i can, to increase effectiveness and get there sooner... any tips fellows?

1.Do lower back stretching and hamstring stretching for 20-15days youtube it.
2.after ur back is ok do abbs exercise to strength your lower back and abbs.
3.drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
4.Walk at least 10,15mins a day for good posture.

Have they increased in intensity in any way? Do u feel weakness or pain in that particular muscles after this? And do u have an element of anxiety in your life?

I have benign fasciculation syndrome. I have twitching in the arm and lips. There's no pain or any weakness. I'm not suffering from anxiety either. It occurs in the arms when they're in one position for a long time or in an awkward unusual position.
In my case, I've nothing to worry about. I don't even notice it if I'm busy. It occurs for a few seconds sometimes daily and sometimes after weeks.

And my mom is worried and thinks I'm taking drugs and I feel head aches and dizziness in the evening too. I don't do drugs! I usually spend my time on the internet and outside with a mechanic just learning how stuff work etc.

Should I take a trip down to doctors? Thanks.

Head ache could be due to sleeping for such long durations. Yes sleeping for 12 hours are too much. You should not sleep for more than 8 hours. Yes sleep at ten and wake up at 6.
Let the experts say.

Nestle lactogen is not better at allll then meiji fmt. Meiji and morinaga stand at same place. However I would recommend enfamil/enfalac. Its superior to all.
