ASA pw health clinic i am having a problem for few months my apetite has been affected too much some days back it was worst then hell i could'nt even eat any thing and if i eat i feel like vomiting after 2-3 days of forceful eating and now i have less appetite all the three times of day it feels like i have already eaten and if i wait for the next meal like dinner then same is the situation don't know why this downfall in my apetite iam a weak boy already and this lack of appetite feels me more weaker and weaker day by day tell me what should i do and would would be the cause now adays i can barely eat one roti with force even sometimes one roti is harder to eat earlier i ate 2 rotis on average and now don't know why this happened to me i was a health concious boy but now i am not caring for myself also

how is your sleep,bowel movements etc any other complaint beside lost of appetite

Thanks dear, he has been diagnosed with ADHD (also very mild autism like symptoms but ruling out as he is improving but slowly). He is running,jumping,circling almost all the time. Hardly speaking 2-3 words sentences with poor command following. He has been advised veprodine 0.25 ml for behavior control and speech therapy. I contacted labor children center and they as weekly speech sessions. We sent him to playgroup for a week but he is not stable there.
Please guide if we are doing right for him and what else to do. Is there any neurological issue to be checked by neurologist for proper brain growth or its sufficient what we are already doing?

you are going in the right direction,the aforementioned physician seems to be the right person speech therapy sessions along with sessions from a clinical psychologist would be a good approach

both field do overlap indeed considering the fact that you are visiting someone who specializes in child psychiatry I would say visiting a neurologist is not entirely necessary,if you do plan to get an opinion by neurologist there is no harm in it but the doctor you just mentioned should be the one you adhere to

OK. Thanks a bunch. Another advice needed for my elder son who is of 8 years and his weight is around 22 kg only.he is a picky eater and very slim and pale. His looks are so that everyone feels he is sick. Bones visible here and there. We are giving him pediasure formula milk but no result. Kindly guide what to do. He also has weak eyes and his number is 3.0 cylanderical. Kindly advise. Thanks!
