Well as far as your questions are concerned as invincible_doc said, the only medicine to bring down prolactin level of the two is dopergin, duphaton will regularise your periods. Obviously high prolactin levels will inhibit release of pituitary hormones required for pregnancy so this dopergin decreases prolactin hence it will help you conceive, yes you should stop dopergin once you get pregnant.
Now problem in your case I am still concerned is a pituitary tumor or thyroid dissease. We have to find out the root cause of high prolactin i.e. if it is decreased thyroid hormones dopergin or any drug would not help other than to replace the thyroid hormones. Pituitary tumors is a prolactinoma which gives prolactin levels >200 but if its a non-functioning pituitary tumor it will cause only mildly elevated prolactin. So I would like you to share if you have symptoms like headache, vomitting, visual disturbances.
I would recommend you to get these tests done TSH, Free T3 and Free T4, LH, FSH, MRI Brain with pituitary Screening protocol.
