about 8 months ago i fired a newly bought russian gun.after firing a whistle type sound started in my left ear.i ignored it but it doesnt ended by itself.after one month i examined it by a senior professor of Nishtar hospital Multan Dr.shamim special physican in ENT.
till that time he examin it after each 15 days and said its getting better and changes medicine.till now not a little difference is observed.
what can i do now?

I am in a big trouble by not finding a Medicine for my mother living in Pakistan(Lahore)

She(my Mother) was having Chemo therapy from Dr.Nadia of Anmol Hospital and she recomanded these medicines now.

second 2 of them are to be found but the main problem is to get the very first one.

contact Asad Pharmacy near Jinnah Hospital ... its better if you visit them @ cell number 04235165733.
second option is Kausar Medicos in Karachi 021 32627942 and 02132627523.
if you are unable to find the meds then u have 2 further options
- find out the company supplying these meds and contact their local Pakistan office.
- go and visit the chemo department of Hameed Latif hospital under Dr Zeba Aziz or chemo dept at Surgimed Hospital under Dr Shahryar.

Munzaleen... what u ahve is probably a pin hole in the ear drum. takes time to heal and the healing is delayed by constantly valsalva maneuvers or similar that open your ears if they get blocked.
keep on regular follow up and avoid blowing air in mouth with lips pursed together and other stuff. you can ask your ENT dr for details.

My Brother in law visited Asad Pharmacy personaly as Dr.Nadia recommended them,this med.is not available over there for a short time and in Karachi don not know to whom he has contacted but as per he said he called someone in Karachi pharmacy and thez rejected to send medicine out of city per any cost.

I tried to get these medicine over here in Germany but you cannot get any medicine without Dr.receipt and by the first medicine she said forget it that u even get hands over it

3rd option of Hamid latif and Surgimed is good to know will tel at home that they should go as soon as possible over there

my brother in law got these numbers before from Dr.Nadi, as he said Asad Pharmacy don't have these medicine at this moment and Kauser Medicos have been caught by FIA and all the medicines have been collected by them .
So no availability

Dear Doc, My son was having chest congestion since last week. Nablized him with Clenil C for a day and then with Ventoline.. Congestion is almost gone but since yesterday his body is warm and feeling temperature with some runny nose. So gave him Arinac 3 times a day but still its not better.

By looking at prescriptions of his doc since 3 years I found there are certain antibiotics repeated in these 3 years. Here is the list

- Bactizith + Cofcol Elixer + Tercica
- Cefim DS + Tercica
- Megaclor + Cofcol Elixer + Tercica
- Azomax + Brufen + T-Day
- Cefguard +Tercica

So can I choose a combination from above for him as today clinic was close. I am more inclined towards Bactizith combination. Or should I get him checked?

(Please note he is taking Vepridone 0.25ml twice a day for ADHD+mild Autism )

Edit: He vomits any solid food

After treatment with Cefixime fever is gone but occasional vomiting keeps going on... what could be wrong?

I wake up all tired and body pain in the morning doesnt matter whether i sleep for few hours or whole night.
If I take shower or drink a cup full of coffee then it gets better and I feel the energy.
I wonder if there is a technique where u wake up fresh

I would suggest that you take some multivitamins. I had the same issue and I am taking Revital Multi and after 15 days I feel much better. Try it.

dear all; please see above 2 pics.

My mother is having blisters on skin from around a month or so. a new medicine 'SOLCINA' for urine control was prescribed by doctor and according to the search done on net, the blisters might be a side effect of this medicine. For cure, our general doctor prescribed cebosh 400 mg and bacifol. cebosh was taken 2 times - 5 days then gap and then 7 days - during these periods the blisters were becoming dry but after that starting coming again in general at the same previous places. any adeas/ suggesstions. thanks. salim

Get her diabetes level checked first of all. To be more specific get the HbA1c test done that gives the glucose level for a period of weeks/months. I hope her levels are in the range otherwise this could be a reason.
