For Set Of Rims.....DId You Check Then Installing??? Nissan Have This Very Issue Of Centre Axle BOLT Cover Not Matching With BORE Of So Many Wheels/Rims ....So Not All Rims Can Be Installed On It Either ..... I Face That Issue When I Was Switching From OEM 13's To 14's Or 15's...

yep - nissans are hubcentric. I have seen so many cars in Pakistan with wheel troubles I ran out of numbers.

1. What is the best way to get your ride painted, remove all Interior?
2. Remove Fendors so that you can get to remove rusts?
3. What if a part of body has been damaged by rust, fill it by that grey material called poutine or get it cut and put new sheet there?

My car is genuine on paint and only clear coat is fading away with few rust spots near windshield, I guess ill have to remove the wind shield.

paint the car intact - but before painting make sure all areas are well prepped, no short cuts, no need to remove interior unless painting the interior.

in car refinishing - 80% is preparation and quality materials - do not use "panda or chee chaw brand" items.

Your first two points are answered as Yes, you are right there.

Third question, well it depends on the particular part and amount of rust.

Your windsceen will be off and then rust will be inspected. It is spots outside, may be much more under the paint.

The paint job costed me 40k.

Yes You Can Take It To Lathe But Rims Are No Joke Getting Work DOne.......The Bore SHould Be Sit Exactly Equally Round + have to see and it depends on RIM design .....you don't wan't to get it cutted closer to rim studs.....makes rim weaker..

Leave everything...try them 1st...maybe they just fit perfect w.o any issues ....i tried HONDA VTi 2002-2004 VTi Oriel Wale RIm and they don't fit....

a bit of "magic depoxy steel" on the hub face will make the wheel stick to the hub - or he can also weld the wheel to the hub.
