Quadricycle - I consider this title can be given to this Machine Spotted in G-9/4, Islamabad
The Bike has disk brake both front and back
was Single Cycle and two mufflers were connected with one exhaust

I wonder, how ETO office treat them and how they are registered. The bike spotted by me has no number plate ??

above 50 cc registration is required by law
but most people take it as a toy and do not bother (no body travels long distances on these either)

We have few power scooters in our area - 70cc
only mine is registered
