My bro learned the lesson hard way .he got his city car after 6 months from the date of booking .he got so much furious over it that he sold his city car straight away the day he received it and bought himself a toyota corolla instead after paying own amount

I think, that dealer misguided your bro. Otherwise normal waiting time for City is 25-30 days

When there is too much demand the dealers dos uch thing to you .also when people take alot of cars by paying own money .this thing also happens . Even if your car has arrived and somebody else paid own money .they will give your car to them and make you wait more .
The dealer also told me that Toyota is adding immobilizer in post august deliveries and/or update front lights and bumpers of the car. Keep that in mind while ordering and confirm from your dealer which model will you get.
