All batteries are shipped completely dry to the shops. You can buy it as is too.
The acid is sold at chemical market near denso hall / napier road in Karachi, distilled water is also available there or adjacent to the medicine market. - only buy acid produced by contact process (sold in dark brown sealed bottles), do not buy the plastic bottle oleum trash, its max purity is 60% compared to 99% of CP stuff. Want to wager what the battery sellers use?
For measuring SG, you can use a basic kitchen scales.
We know that water is 1.00 sg meaning 100 ml water weighs 100 grams and 1 litre of water weighs 1 kilogram
So by that , a litre of 1.27 sg electrolyte should weigh 1270 grams.
Simple school stuff, the risk factor here is mixing both water and acid, its an exothermic reaction and boils violently, so extra caution is required and only add the acid drop by drop (smaller quantities is the idea)
Then let it cool down to room temp and then fill the battery cells, let it rest for a 10 mins and then boost charge it for a few minutes, it will bubble quite a lot as all air is dispersed from the plate pores.
