Its a great decision that youve made Fawad. for now the only thing you need to know is that with each passing day it'll get better , and they symptoms you are mentioning are pretty normal during first 2-3 months.

I believe electric Ciggarettes/Vaping etc might be much less dangerous but still its risks are yet to be studied for long time usage.
