^ Highly doubtful, an axle does not FLY out like implied-- there have been NO reported incidents of this and I'm a member of the BIGGEST 8th gen civic community since a long time. No such incidents got reported there.

And those absolute geniuses saying its local parts, this car has about 15% local parts-- most are imported including the mechanicals of this car.

After almost 4 years of this car being in the market, just NOW have Honda Atlas signed a deal with a reputable local company to design the struts in Pakistan under a technology agreement from Japan (the same company which does the same for Toyota Indus).

I am not for Toyota or Honda but i really think Pakistani manufacturer are fu*k*ng the repu of both cars. I did owned both cars(local crap). Both sucked (n)

^ Don't know if you owned an FD-1 at any point in time, but the car has a fantastic build quality. I am very happy with it and it is worth every "paisa" I paid for it.

No issues, has all the needed features and has a great drive + reliability.

if axle breaks nothing like this happens, the power to one wheel is cut off and the car still goes in a straight line until you stop, this is the case of tie rod... might be the last time it was aligned the wheel guy didn't properly tightened it... many ifs and buts.....
