headgasket is due to some other reason.
for proper cooling,
new thermostat valve
new thermostat switch, which controls fan on auto.
clean and rust free radiator,
properly working water pump
no leaks
properly working overflow bottle with tightly clamped hoses
properly working radiator cap
fuchs, caltex, zic coolant in the cooling system. NOT WATER.
