Radiator fluid

Hello fellows. I have a cuore and I have poured mixture of radiator liquid (name I cant recall) some time ago. I have two queries here.
1. Radiator is reducing water even at stand still very slowly though.
2. When I topped it up with AC water some orange bubbly things were floating on above it. This might be residues of radiator coolent.

Info: I have used coolent that was somewhat brown mixed with ac condenser water.

Regarding reduction of water , there is some seepage/leakage from some pipe which you have to identify and get it changed

This residue seems like there is a lot of rust in the radiator and cooling system which should be properly flushed , cleaned and then poured with coolant
