Haseeb bhai I shown the car to Toyota
They said it’s not a problem in steering rach
They check bush zlink trods and everything

This noise is coming from fog light holders( one of screw holder is brother and it’s is causing minor jerk to fog light whenever it Pass on a jump or some bumpy rod

Yes same when car start moving from stand still position or from steel cat eyes crick crick like something scratch on discs

Yes exactly same sound… but usually it comes more when air pressure is 33 … whenever I adjust it to 30,31 then this sound disappear

Nope that sound only comes when car is moving. Please check your rear brakes. Feels like they're too much tight. Did someone fiddle with them?

It comes from front right side … and i assume it is from caliper, this sound is there from day 1. Car is now 30k km used, this sound only comes when car moves from stand still position not every time.

Culprit is in front of you!
Did that in my previous gen rolla it's U joint used to make noise, I welded it out in such a way that bad noise making movement was restricted. I know I shouldn't be doing that, but it doesn't even had an airbag either .

Did you ever grease the intermediate joint? Thats the biggest cause of it, the ujoint is pretty long lived.

I remember mechanics showing the input shaft from the bulkhead clicking and blaming the u joint or the whole shaft, while it only needed some spline grease. It required partial disassembly of the shaft.

Nope, I didn't do that. I feel clicking sometimes on bad roads, so bad that whole body moves like heck.
I'll try to do that. Can I try some grease spray on it without disassembling it?

Same thing stands for an old 4x4 when it takes time to engage a 4L? I had to move a little to make it engage. Vehicle of interest here is toyota hilux 2013 thai made.

The 4x4 engaging is a meshing issue, not stiction issue.

Yeah more like an elder brother of steering shaft, but present at drive shaft.

No,

Slipyoke is the splined drive that connects to transmission output, or sometimes at end of the cardan joints to accomodate plunge, depending on design.

It requires greasing at regular invervals, similar joint exists in the steering shaft too. Same splines, and they require greasing.

i am also facing Thud sound from steering while moving car from patchy or path hole...steering have little bit jerk while it feels like that a direct jerk from wheels is faced in Steering rack. i dont face any issue while moving on plain speed breaker; only have issue on pathhole and steel cat eye breakers can anybody guide how i can resolve this issue ?

Purchase a wd40 white lithium grease spray.
Spray it on the joints of steering column located under your steering wheel or above pedals. See if this resolve your issue or not. Worked for me.
