If battery is not charging then there can be 2 problems

1. Your Voltage Regulator is problematic.
2. Your Stator is problematic.

Happened same thing to me, my battery was not charging so after diagnosing i found it was my voltage regulator which was sending very low current to battery, not enough to charge the battery.

You can test the voltage regulator but you need to have dc volt meter

Get the battery charged
Connect the multimeter to the battery terminals
Set the multimeter to DC voltage in the 20V range.
Start the engine.
Read the battery voltage at idle, which should be between 12V and 13V DC.
Give power to the engine, to about 4000 to 5000 RPM. The multimeter should read about 14.4V to 14.6V DC.

If the multimeter readings are less than 12v the it is too low to charge you battery and if the readings are greater than 15v then it will overcharge your battery, so ideal reading is near 14v

If reading are same before engine start and after start then test its rectifier/regulator unit. But that might be tested by connecting a known ac source to its input. And checking the output of rectifier.

Some electrician told me that it is magnet coil problem and the coil is not sending enough curent to rectifier for convert..

Or set your multimeter to 10A range and insert it in series with battery and see how much current is flowing before starting and after starting motorcycle.

Is any good mechanic for piaggio in rwp ??

Because i visted peshwar ravi piaggio service centre yesterday they just washed my bike parts with petrol and said bike is doing good i told him about charging problem
without cheking he said that it is due to rectifier which costs around
18oo pkr
I felt that they are doing some topi drama i said leave it.

Also my bike gives me 28km/litre dont know i accelerate under 6k rpm only.
Planning to visit rwp for all the settings .

14.4 were when?

Check it when powered off,

Powered off and all lights turned on. To see it's response to load.

Check with bike on and idling

Check at 50% race.

Also do below current test

Connect multi meter in series and then test it.

Disconnect positive terminal of battery, connect one probe of multi meter to battery positive terminal and the other terminal to the wire that was originally connected to battery.
Set multimeter to measure 10a range and connect the red led of meter to 10a socket in multimeter.

Do not use self start while testing you meter might burn.

Check what's current readings on meter.

I checked battery seprately reading of batry was 1o.98
And after it i started the bike and made it to 3ooo rpm the reading shown on metr was 14.4o

Thanks brother problem solved it was due to magnet coil/stator all the coils rewinded by electrition and it gave 16 volt total current while setting multimeter on 2o dc volt what u think the voltage is ok or to do somthing with it..

Do a series current test as mentioned above.

Cost me around 4oo and 2oo for labour all the coils were rewided newly except starting coil which was all right
