@c123pk, Storm-125 is a good effort, no where near the effort of Revo but I still do not want to see any demise of any such effort again. I don't need a bike but buying one is the only way to support this effort. I waited too long for Adam motors to redesign the speedo meter, not going to wait for Ravi to introduce EFI.

we have sold about 100 units till today and we gather the feed back data from all over pakistan and by the grace of Allah we did not heard about any big problem.

last day while i was talking to the dealers one of our dealer (Muhammadi Motors Khanewal) Mr. shafiq was saying that he has purchased a Storm for himself and enjoying very much he told me that its top speed is 120 kmph and fuel average is 50 kmpl @ 80 kmph speed.

so its very good result in the begning i am very much hopefull that this bike will establish a good repute in pakistan

Mr. Sajjad is saying that he is not getting supply from the company and thus can not sell many units. What is the truth behind this? Do I need to book my unit with you or something?

there is no problem actualy after eid holidays we have started production on Monday 6th and now we have sufficiant stock for delivery actualy there are some atratigic measures about supply

@mamehmood, question remains how do I buy a Storm-125. There is only one blue unit which has been used as a demo and parked outside, the keys go in with a struggle now. I do not want to buy that one. When I am paying for a new unit I want a NEW unit. Give me a solution.

I read the catalog of the bike and it was written that top speed is 85km/h.
The dealers are claiming that top speed is 120km/h. Can you explain why top speed of 85 is written in catalog.

The place is quite far, for me Saturday is the best day to pick up the bike so I want to complete other formalities in time.

@bike_junky, on the brochure in this thread the top speed is 100 km/h, dry weight is mentioned as 111 kg, and power 8.3 kW which is 11.2 metric HP so comparison with Indian bikes of 125cc the weight and power is good, so it should goto 120 km/h but my target is to keep it under 60 km/h considering safety.

Today I had a chance to see Piaggio at Mcload Road show room, there was only one red bike. There is no test drive and even I could not hear its voice as they refused to start it for me.
Following are my observations, you may or may not agree.

1. Over all look is good and solid.
2. Design is taken from GS and Deluxe Honda.
3. Overall lay out is taken from Honda Deluxe 125.
4. Head light and silencer from GS-150.
5. Fuel tank looks big brother or sister of Sprinter fuel tank, only its lid is new here.
6. Bike looks heavy for a 125 CC engine, so accelration may be bad though future owners will decide it.
7. Fuel tank design is not suitable for people with families as children may be very uncomfortable on it.
8. Price is too high for a totally new brand which has yet to be established. It should be around 70 k for launching and then it could be increased gradually. This was last thing which I could consider for buying it Coz its only Rs.400 less than GS-150 then why not to go for GS.

Just my observations and opinion.

@imi361, surprisingly my observations are very close to yours, only thing is that I consider bikes a solo vehicle and avoid even a pillion rider, forget kids on the gas tank, NO WAY!

I was more fortunate and could listen to the sound of the bike and it is solid and nice.

after test ride you should talk about pick, sound, price.

i think its not fare to compare its price with GS because GS is totally different bike, like engine technology is different boday shape is so old as so many people discussed in pakwheel forums.

so many time i try to convey and again i repeat that while desigening this bike we kept in mind the local market and customer desires and thats why some features are resembled with some of pakistani models i think its plus point
