dear brother mamehmood, please tell me when are you launching efi 250cc storm, i will buy this bike, i am an experienced rider and have been using bikes since 1983, my first bike was kawasaki ke175,,when are you going to launch 250cc efi storm.....even if i have to buy all of them 125, 150, 200, 250 i will buy Inshallah.

Kindly also tell me the terms and requirements for a 3S dealership, i may think over running the dealership in islamabad.

Piaggios parts quality is not up to the mark and there are some issues as below.

1) Chain cover is not serving its purpose, because it does not covers the chain properly from any side.
Its manufacturing fault and must be removed.
The material used for chain cover is also very cheap.

2) In not more than six months all of its parts will be rusty. I was astonished to see the handle bar getting rusty (its not more than a week that this bike is on display and standing openly), because i never see it happened to even any paki bike.

The one I saw standing there had even shock mounting bent.

Please dont mind but as you said you are open to criticism thats why i posted these pics.
Piaggio is a very stylish bike. Hope it will have bright future in pakistan.
But its parts quality is not up to the mark as I judged.
The above problems need a series consideration.
Its engine power and fuel efficiency is also yet to be proven.

bro i think so the owner of that storm is very careless because even if you have cbr 600 and you will not care about your ride it will be damaged anyways im also a owner of storm and using my bike in very dusty area even i washed my bike 4 times in week but i never feel this kind of bad quality i think so you have to advise that person to kept his bike clean,dust free and done oil on chain and other things.

bro you know in sports bike and touring bike the chain is fully naked now think about it and then tell me. and if you are thinking or you are a rider of CD70 or CG125 then you will not understand my explanations.

I think u didn't read carefully.
This bike is standing at the showroom not more than 3 weeks and its handle bar, gear paddle and disk plates are getting rusty, and all the other bikes are standing there without any rust.
Even the plastic parts are of low quality.

I know chain covers of sports bike are naked, but that is not physible in pakistan due to extreme weahter and dust.

Simple is that.
If you are giving a full chain cover then it should completely cover the chain from all sides.
[b]Talking of naked chain covers. look as some Pak hero PH-125 and you will know what it looks like.

This bike is totally imported from China and Ravi has done nothing but just pasting their stickers on it. Where is there R&D and qaulity control.
Look at the bent front fork mounting that i have posted, and its available for sale.
Even this bikes tyres are made in China.

hi guys just hold on and remember one thing k bike k nuts and bolts to lose hojatay hai not a big thing bcoz ike containers kay ander by sea import ki jati hai aur via trucks dealers ko pohnchayi jati hai to vibration k sath is tarha ho jata hai aur abt chain cover buddies just tell me kay kya chain cover apna kam sahi tarha nahi kar raha?

thankyou guys for showing me the quality defects...but let me tell you one thing, people do lie a lot...no manufactures is stupid enough to put defected stuff in the showroom.....some body banged it somewhere and said...this is show room pictures.listen, when i started working, may be most of you were not even born.......may be the quality may be not good...may be..but this i am not going to beleive that adefective bile was in the showroom, i have worked in auto showrooms for decades..and have been working in production flowlines.....only chinese make stupid blunders...i have worked with them, they are worst people on earth.....

I dont know, but what will be the resale value of this bike? does anybody has an idea?

listen guys..i have evn worked with BMW in berlin....i have seen rusted brakes of that car too, rust is due to prolonged parking in any sodium, or chemical enriched air envirnment, may be where this bike was parked is polluted envirnment, may be there are factories around, or leather tannery, or elctro plating shop,...or some chemical shop, something which generates chemical in air, or water..or may be sewage line is open nearby with chemical waste, and due to moisture in air...this result has taken place....

so listen when anything like this happens use WD40, spray, and buff it off with adry cotton cloth, ok.

As far as the quality is concerned, i have seen a worse quality in honda cars, corolla.....so...forget about quality in any pakistani product....quality and pakistan are two poles apart.

This bike was standing at RWP csd, with a hundred of other bikes like all models of honda, yamaha and other 70s two days back.

If you happen to go there and if this bike is still standing there (not returned back or taken back by their so called manuf./cum importers), you can see it by yourself.

I dont have time to give explainations because it will be a wild-goose chase. Facts are facts and you will know it sooner or later, and I am also not a supporter or seller of any company.
