Ravi-Piaggio Storm-125 Euro II bike

No doubt it's the cutest bike among all bikes available in pakistan but unfortunately fail bike and we should except this thing if some body deny he can stand on the busiest road of his city and see might be he can find only 1 bike there and most probably not a single one but still it is my wish that any miracle can help that this bike would become most popular bike of peoples heart

Talking about 8 months back. There was only one Piaggio 125 in my area. Now there are 8. I live in Sabzazar. Just today I went out to get nashta and saw three...... How about that.

i think sending email would not that much effective. as its click and delete thing might be going there.

we should finalize a letter in which we highlight the problems and then post to them.

i would going to draft the letter and when we it will be finalized every one print the same letter with his own name as sender and post them.

so give your suggestions that what should be in that letter.

You are right because in district Siakot, there is a big problem of its spare parts which are easily available in Lahore. i belongs to daska and for Job, i daily come in sahowala (Sialkot). i am using ravi from April but only find two or three time another ravi in my way. according to my view, there are only 5 to 8 ravi's in Daska. The other problem is that the ravi showrooms are empty and they ask the customer give them 100% payment in advance and receive the bike after two days. in such bad conditiions anyone cannot rely on showroom owners and go for honda.

Not a bad idea. But if you think that they are going to delete the emails then its not too difficult to throw the letter in the dust bin either. Anyways lets hope for the best and in my opinion, the letter should include the problems most of the people face in Ravi and the letter should urge them to refute those issues ASAP. Mainly Chain cover noise, The fuel gauge dance.

today i was looking for ravi website.

other then reliability issue one thing i do like to say that atleast ravi didnt copy cg125.

good thing. and i think thats why i am talking about Ravi other wise .... who cares.

An addition to the wish list here would be appropriate

like with all and I mean all the cars and bikes in pakistan why do they take out the good features for example the exhaust styling and the alooys from the Piaggio and many more things from other vehicles why?:-!

Piaggio has been around for the past 3+ years and has slow lets say almost no growth in terms of sale and this bike has been a rare sighting.

but another fact that despite of increased price now compared to its introductory price Piaggio can be sighted more frequently as the sales have definetly increased in the past 6 to 8 month.

now I dont know why n how but thats my own observation !

says who bro ? spares are scarce even here at lahore !

my cousin has this KE175 and he broke his kick in mid tour and I had to give him the kick of my piaggio as it was a good fit and no other replacement was possible.
now iv been waiting to buy myself a new kick but you can guess the rest of my failure story.

Suggestion always keep a copy of either elesctronic or print media with you and in case iff they deny its existance like in our case if this happens then we can always give them a bad name by going Public on a larger scale than over this forum.

My name is Umer Khayyam, and i have just joined the Ravi Motorcycle Unit as Head of Quality Assurance some 3 months back.
As far as countering the Quality problems in the bike, i would love to have feedback of all you users in terms of what things you want to improve and what problems you all face most in the bike while in use.
I myself can assure you that no feedback emails will be deleted or letters be trashed. i would really really appreciate to have detailed feedbacks from all you users in any formats.
If anyone of you want to visit us in the factory, we are also very open to that and would appreciate all kind of suggestions regarding look/performance/maintenance of the bike.

well, i would like if you try the better part first by highlighting the problems and your findings first... before calling a bad-name to the brand. i hope and would try my level best if u do make any arrangements, they are for good of the brand, rather than bad have a good time..
